MeritCare's LASIK Pricing Schedule
The MeritCare fee for LASIK refractive eye surgery is based on a tiered pricing format determined by the correction needed. Our fee covers the procedure and up to 1-year of follow-up care. Any enhancements that may be needed during the first year will be done for free. Please review our tiered pricing format below:
Mild Correction$999 per eye |
-0.01 to <2.50 diopters with up to 1.00 cylinder
Includes one year of follow-up care |
Moderate Correction$1,099 per eye |
-2.51 to –4.50 up to 1.50 diopters cylinder
Includes one year of follow-up care |
Severe Correction$1,299 per eye |
-4.50 to –8.50 cylinder 1.50 to 3.00 diopters
+0.01 to 2.00 with up to +1.00 diopter of cyl.
Includes one year of follow-up care |
Extreme Correction$1,499 per eye |
8.51 and above (extreme myopia)
3.01 and above (severe astigmatism)
+2.01 or higher all hyperopia at >+1.01 cylinder
(Spherical equivalent must be 5.00 or less to be a candidate)
