MeritCare Home Care, a service of MeritCare Hospital, has been providing quality home health care since 1985. Care is provided to people of all ages, with services designed to meet individual needs. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, handicap or age.

CARE

MeritCare Home Care is a personal and economical alternative to lengthy and costly hospital or institutional care. We offer quality, comprehensive services in the comfort of one's home.

After an individual has been referred to home care, a member of MeritCare's home care team meets with the patient/client and/or family to discuss their needs. A care plan is developed in cooperation with the patient, doctor (when appropriate), family and other professional personnel involved. All services are coordinated by MeritCare Home Care. Our goal is to provide services to patients/clients and families within hours of contact with us.

MeritCare Home Care is here to meet the patient's/client's needs in the comfort of familiar surroundings – your home.
