Flowers and Mail

  • Purchasing Flowers – Flowers may be purchased at MeritCare Gifts or you may utilize the florists in our area.
  • Deliveries – Flowers and mail can be delivered to patients staying in the hospital.
  • Restrictions – Latex balloons are not permitted and certain patients cannot be exposed to live flowers and plants. If you have questions, please check with Guest Services at (701) 234-5524.
  • After patients leave – If flowers arrive after a patient is discharged, the florist will be notified so that delivery arrangements can be made with the sender. Any mail received after discharge will be sent to the patient's home.
  • Mail – Mail can be sent to patients in our hospitals using the following addresses:
