MeritCare's registered dietitians provide nutrition therapy to help individuals maintain a state of optimum health by creating healthy food consumption, among other lifestyle changes. They provide individualized counseling, sports nutrition and meal planning guidance for adults and children.

Aunt Cathy's Corner

Dr. Cathy Breedon, MeritCare's Clinical Nutrition Specialist, presents workshop on a variety of nutrition-related topics. Aunt Cathy provides nutrition handouts, provides community education through speaking engagements and is available to see patients in the clinic setting.
