Sanford Youth Medical Experience
The Youth Medical Experience is a program which provides an excellent opportunity for selected high school juniors and seniors to explore careers in health care under the guidance of Sanford professionals. Acceptance into the program is competitive, with space for a limited number of students. Applicants should be mature, self-motivated individuals interested in taking an active role in furthering their education. It is also necessary for participants to make a time commitment to the program which includes attending program sessions at Sanford in Fargo during the school year. There is a $75 fee for the program, however scholarships are available for students with limited resources.
Applications are distributed each April and participants are selected in May for the program. Print the documents below to learn more about the program.
