What are the requirements for participating in an internship program at MeritCare?
Each internship program has different requirements and application processes. Visit the application and acceptance process section for each internship program to learn more.
How can I participate in MeritCare's job shadowing program?
Students who are interested in job shadowing must participate in the MeritCare Medical Youth Group or be enrolled in a health career class where they are learning concepts specific to health careers such as HIPAA, confidentiality, the need for immunization data, etc. Instructors of such courses request job shadowing opportunities.
Does MeritCare offer a Certified Nursing Assistant Program?

How can I become a volunteer at MeritCare?
MeritCare requires volunteers to be at least 14 years of age. Typically, a volunteer will spend 3-4 hours per week at MeritCare. Learn more about the many volunteer opportunities at MeritCare and apply online.
