Since January 1, 2005, MeritCare Health System has delivered our certificate of liability insurance electronically. In order to provide you with this information in a timely and efficient manner, we have established this Web site with the current certificate of insurance, memorandum of insurance and employment information.

 

Certificate of Insurance

There are two ways to access the insurance information:

2. Visit Our Insurer's Web site If you would like to generate a copy of the MOI with today's date, you may visit our insurer's Web site.

  1. Visit the following link: www.marsh.com/moi?client=C801
  2. Click on the VIEW MOI button at the top of the page. We suggest you read this page first, as it provides useful information about the MOI.
  3. Read the terms and conditions of access that appear and click on the I ACCEPT button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of access, you will be able to view and print the memorandum of insurance.

Verification of Employment

The certificate of insurance and memorandum of insurance are valid for all employed providers. Please reference our employed providers list for verification of employment. This list is updated daily.
