Area of Greatest Need - MeritCare Fund

Awarded through a grant process submitted to the Foundation Board of Directors. These funds support research, technology, education, patient care, and program development in all services.

MeritCare Associate and Physician Flood Relief Fund

Supports MeritCare associates who suffered losses that are not recoverable through existing programs, insurance, FEMA and other charities.

Roger Maris Cancer Center

Supports services for cancer patients in research, education, prevention and treatment.

Children's Miracle Network for Children's Hospital

Supports technology, research, education, programs, and endowment for MeritCare Children's Hospital.

Cares for Kids for Children's Hospital

Supports technology, research, education, programs, endowment and renovation of MeritCare Children's Hospital.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Services

Supports the advancement of Cardiac Rehabilitation Services .

Diabetes Education

Supports education of diabetes patients, their families and staff.

Endowment

Endowed fund for future needs of MeritCare.

Friends of the Family

Provides emergency funds for transportation, housing, etc. for families of patients.

Mary Jo Langenwalter Scholarship Fund

Gifts given in memory of Mary Jo Langenwalter that will benefit students enrolled in the Clinical Lab program.

Provide financial support for the palliative care program. The Palliative Care Unit is located at MeritCare South University Campus. The care team specializes in management of pain, symptoms and stress of serious illness.
