Hearts Plus - Southpointe
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, our hours are 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. for supervised exercise. We have group exercise classes at 8-9 a.m. and 11-12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. MeritCare Southpointe, 2400 32nd Ave. S.
Ongoing exercise and education program for heart patients or those at risk for heart disease. For more information, call MeritCare Cardiac Rehab at (701) 234-5659.
" If you are interested in attending any of our Community Health Education classes and will require assistive aids or accessible facilities, please contact MeritCare at 234-5570 or TDD (701) 234- 6655 to request such aids. Please call in advance so arrangements can be made. All Community Health Education classes are held in handicapped accessible class rooms."
