  • Billing Questions Do you have a question about your bill? Contact one of our billing representatives at (701) 234-2119 for clinic bills and (701) 280-4285 for hospital bills.
  • Medical Record Questions If you need to transfer or request a copy of your medical records, visit our release of information site for more information.
